Thank you for visiting
PNG_superimPoser web site,
This site is demo oriented. We retained for
your convenience the option to present final results, along with the
time it took to achieve each presentation: To ease the
evaluation process.
PNG_Superimposer offers
practical results based on the PNG image format transparency
capabilities. It also handles transparency operations on
others non-transparent common image formats such as JPG,
TIFF and BMP and more. The program applies transparency
variations on three levels:
|
|
|
|
1. A "back" layer,
where images are used to populate the background of the
scene
2. A "Front" layer,
where images are used to populate the foreground of the
scene3
3 A "global"
layer, where transparency is applied to both the front and
back layers
|
|
|
|
PNG_SuperImposer will swiftly
render any combination of these, into neat images and /or a
video file.
|
|
|
|
PNG_Superimposer may be used as
a "one-shot" operational tool to superimpose
simply two images, or compile a video from a stack of
images. Offering though good options to refine even a simple
project: transparencies on 3 levels, and a wide range of
frame rates.
|
|
The program may also be used
with its project management features: Simple to set up, it
allows to refine at a later time an initial work. It also
permits to extend an initial simple project (like
superimposing 2 images or creating a video as above mentioned)
into a more elaborated work, progressively. The result of a
first project may be used to setup a another project in
order to add further layers of transparencies (actors,
details. This allows a limitless enrichment of the
content.

Various levels of help are
nested within the program in order to facilitate the initial
handling.
